These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deal Revenant, a Microsoft Teams application provided by Technomancy Labs ("we," "us," "our," or "Vendor"). By installing or using Deal Revenant, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
📋 1. Service Description
Deal Revenant is a Microsoft Teams-integrated application that analyzes sales call transcripts using the Signalkeeper scoring framework. The service provides:
- Five-dimension analysis of sales conversations across the Signalkeeper dimensions: Ψ Intent Clarity, Φ Power Proximity, Δ Budget Reality, Σ Reciprocal Energy, and τ Next Step Solidity.
- Qualification verdicts, deal stage assessments, and confidence ratings for analyzed meetings.
- Narrative insights derived from transcript content to support sales coaching and pipeline management.
- A Teams tab interface that presents analysis results within the Microsoft Teams environment.
The analysis is performed by a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent that you deploy and operate inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Technomancy Labs provides the framework, scoring logic, and Teams integration; the computation runs on your Microsoft infrastructure.
Important: Deal Revenant is an analytical tool intended to support — not replace — human judgment in sales qualification. Scores and verdicts are guidance, not guarantees. You are responsible for how you use analysis outputs in your sales process and business decisions.
💳 2. Subscription and Billing
Pricing
Deal Revenant is available at $50 USD per seat per month. Seat counts correspond to licensed users within your organization who have access to the Deal Revenant Teams tab.
Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Billing Through Microsoft AppSource
All billing is managed exclusively through Microsoft AppSource. Technomancy Labs does not collect or store payment information. By subscribing through AppSource, you agree to Microsoft's commercial marketplace terms in addition to these Terms.
Seat Management
- Seat counts are managed through your Microsoft AppSource subscription dashboard.
- Adding seats mid-billing-cycle may result in prorated charges as determined by Microsoft's AppSource billing policies.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your seat count accurately reflects the number of users with access to the service.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via your AppSource subscription notification channel or the email address associated with your Microsoft account.
👤 3. Customer Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Licensing
Deal Revenant requires an active Microsoft 365 subscription that includes access to:
- Microsoft Teams with meeting transcription enabled.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) for agent deployment.
- Microsoft Graph API access for transcript retrieval.
You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate Microsoft licensing. Technomancy Labs is not responsible for service interruptions caused by lapses in your Microsoft licensing or changes to Microsoft's product offerings.
Copilot Studio Agent Deployment
- You are responsible for deploying and maintaining the Copilot Studio agent that performs Signalkeeper analysis within your tenant.
- You are responsible for the agent's configuration, security settings, and data access policies within your tenant.
- Technomancy Labs provides setup documentation; ongoing agent management is your responsibility.
Transcription Enablement
You are responsible for configuring Microsoft Teams transcription policies within your organization to enable transcript generation for the meetings you wish to analyze. Deal Revenant cannot function without available transcripts.
Data Management
- All meeting transcripts and analysis results are stored and managed within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- You are responsible for data governance, retention policies, and compliance obligations related to content that remains in your tenant.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Deal Revenant complies with applicable employment, privacy, and recording consent laws in your jurisdiction, including any obligations to notify meeting participants that transcription and AI analysis will occur.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Deal Revenant to:
- Analyze conversations without proper consent from participants where required by law.
- Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Signalkeeper methodology without written permission.
- Circumvent subscription license limits or share access credentials.
🏢 4. Vendor Responsibilities
Technomancy Labs commits to the following:
Service Availability
- We will maintain the Deal Revenant Teams tab application, subscription management API, and supporting infrastructure with commercially reasonable efforts to achieve high availability.
- Planned maintenance that affects service availability will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for service interruptions outside our control, including Microsoft infrastructure outages.
Subscription Event Processing
- We will process AppSource subscription lifecycle events (activation, renewal, cancellation, seat changes) in a timely manner.
- We will maintain the accuracy of subscription status records used to gate access to the service.
Support
- We provide support via email at pstryder@gmail.com.
- We will respond to support inquiries within 2 business days.
- Support is provided in English.
Updates
- We will maintain compatibility with supported versions of Microsoft Teams and the APIs Deal Revenant depends on.
- We will provide updates to the Copilot Studio agent configuration when the Signalkeeper framework is updated.
🔒 5. Data Handling
The handling of data by Deal Revenant is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key principles:
- Meeting transcripts and analysis results never leave your Microsoft 365 tenant and are never transmitted to or stored by Technomancy Labs infrastructure.
- Technomancy Labs stores only the minimum subscription data necessary to operate the service: your Tenant ID, subscription status, seat count, and an encrypted bot routing credential.
- You retain full ownership and control of all meeting content, analysis outputs, and any business data that exists within your tenant.
By using Deal Revenant, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
© 6. Intellectual Property
Technomancy Labs IP
Signalkeeper is a trademark of Technomancy Labs. The Signalkeeper scoring framework, its five-dimension methodology (Ψ, Φ, Δ, Σ, τ), associated scoring logic, and the Deal Revenant application are proprietary intellectual property of Technomancy Labs.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to the Signalkeeper trademark or methodology beyond what is necessary to use the Deal Revenant service as described herein.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Technomancy Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Deal Revenant Teams tab within your organization.
- Deploy and operate the provided Copilot Studio agent configuration within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Use the Signalkeeper analysis outputs for your internal sales management purposes.
Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights in your meeting transcripts and any business data that exists in your tenant. Technomancy Labs claims no rights to your content.
Feedback
If you provide feedback about Deal Revenant, you grant Technomancy Labs a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties
DEAL REVENANT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TECHNOMANCY LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. SIGNALKEEPER SCORES AND VERDICTS ARE ANALYTICAL GUIDANCE, NOT PREDICTIONS OR GUARANTEES OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNOMANCY LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF DEAL REVENANT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Aggregate Liability Cap
Technomancy Labs' total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Deal Revenant shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Essential Basis
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are an essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and Technomancy Labs. The service would not be provided without these limitations.
🔚 8. Termination
Termination by Customer
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Microsoft AppSource subscription management portal.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless AppSource policies specify otherwise.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or Microsoft AppSource's refund policies.
Termination by Vendor
- Technomancy Labs may terminate your subscription for cause — including material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use — with written notice.
- Technomancy Labs may discontinue the Deal Revenant service with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your access to the Deal Revenant service will cease.
- Subscription data held by Technomancy Labs will be retained for 90 days following effective termination, then permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Content within your Microsoft 365 tenant (transcripts, analysis outputs) remains under your control and is unaffected by subscription termination.
Survival
Sections 5 (Data Handling), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
⚖️ 9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Deal Revenant shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New York, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at pstryder@gmail.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Technomancy Labs regarding Deal Revenant and supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or your subscription without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including Microsoft infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
