These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deal Revenant, provided by Technomancy Labs ("we," "us," "our," or "Vendor"). Deal Revenant is available as a Microsoft Teams application and a standalone web application (DRWeb). By installing or using either product, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
📋 1. Service Description
Deal Revenant analyzes sales call transcripts using the PULSE™ scoring framework. The service provides:
- Five-dimension analysis across the PULSE dimensions: Power, Urgency, Landscape, Spend, and Engagement.
- Qualification verdicts, deal stage assessments, and confidence ratings.
- Narrative insights derived from transcript content to support sales coaching and pipeline management.
- AI-powered coaching chat for follow-up discussion of analysis results (DRWeb).
Teams App
Analysis is performed by a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent deployed inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Technomancy Labs provides the framework and Teams integration; the computation runs on your Microsoft infrastructure. No transcript data leaves your tenant.
DRWeb
Analysis is performed via Anthropic's Claude API, accessed through a secure proxy. Users upload transcript files (VTT, SRT, or plain text) and receive streaming analysis results. Transcript content passes through our server in-flight but is never persisted to disk, database, or logs.
Important: Deal Revenant is an analytical tool intended to support — not replace — human judgment in sales qualification. Scores and verdicts are guidance, not guarantees. You are responsible for how you use analysis outputs in your sales process and business decisions.
💳 2. Subscription and Billing
Teams App — Billing via Microsoft AppSource
- Free tier: 3 analyses included at no cost.
- Professional: $50 USD per seat per month. Seat counts correspond to licensed users with access to the Deal Revenant Teams tab.
- All billing is managed through Microsoft AppSource. Technomancy Labs does not collect or store payment information for Teams app subscriptions.
- Seat counts are managed through your AppSource subscription dashboard.
DRWeb — Billing via Stripe
- Free tier: 3 analyses included on signup at no cost.
- Pay per analysis: $5 USD per analysis, purchased individually.
- Pro: $50 USD per month for unlimited analyses, history, and export.
- All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Technomancy Labs does not collect or store payment card information.
- DRWeb also supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) — users may provide their own Anthropic API key to bypass usage limits.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or the applicable billing platform's notification channel.
👤 3. Customer Responsibilities
Teams App Prerequisites
The Teams app requires:
- Microsoft 365 with Teams and meeting transcription enabled.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio license for agent deployment.
- Microsoft Graph API access for transcript retrieval.
You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate Microsoft licensing. Technomancy Labs is not responsible for service interruptions caused by lapses in your Microsoft licensing.
Copilot Studio Agent (Teams App)
- You are responsible for deploying and maintaining the Copilot Studio agent within your tenant.
- Technomancy Labs provides setup documentation; ongoing agent management is your responsibility.
DRWeb Usage
- You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload transcripts containing information you are not authorized to share with a third-party AI service.
- BYOK users are responsible for securing their own API keys and any costs incurred on their Anthropic account.
Consent and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Deal Revenant complies with applicable employment, privacy, and recording consent laws in your jurisdiction, including any obligations to notify meeting participants that transcription and AI analysis will occur.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Deal Revenant to:
- Analyze conversations without proper consent from participants where required by law.
- Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the PULSE methodology without written permission.
- Circumvent subscription limits, abuse rate limits, or share access credentials.
- Submit automated or scripted requests designed to abuse the service.
🏢 4. Vendor Responsibilities
Technomancy Labs commits to the following:
Service Availability
- We will maintain the Deal Revenant applications and supporting infrastructure with commercially reasonable efforts to achieve high availability.
- Planned maintenance that affects availability will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for interruptions outside our control, including outages at Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Fly.io, or other infrastructure providers.
Support
Updates
- We will maintain compatibility with supported platforms and APIs that Deal Revenant depends on.
- We will provide updates to the PULSE framework and application as needed.
🔒 5. Data Handling
Data handling is described in detail in the Privacy Policy and Technical Documentation, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key principles:
- Teams App: Transcripts and analysis results never leave your Microsoft 365 tenant and are never transmitted to or stored by Technomancy Labs.
- DRWeb: Transcripts pass through our server in-flight during analysis but are never written to disk, database, or logs. Analysis results are stored client-side (in your browser) only.
- Technomancy Labs stores only the minimum account data necessary to operate the service (see Privacy Policy for the complete list).
- We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic's API terms prohibit training on API inputs.
- You retain full ownership and control of all transcripts, analysis outputs, and business data.
By using Deal Revenant, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
© 6. Intellectual Property
Technomancy Labs IP
PULSE is a trademark of Technomancy Labs. The PULSE scoring framework, its five-dimension methodology (P, U, L, S, E), associated scoring logic, prompt engineering, and the Deal Revenant applications are proprietary intellectual property of Technomancy Labs.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to the PULSE trademark or methodology beyond what is necessary to use the Deal Revenant service as described herein.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Technomancy Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the Deal Revenant application (Teams app and/or DRWeb) as provided.
- Deploy and operate the provided Copilot Studio agent configuration within your Microsoft 365 tenant (Teams app).
- Use PULSE analysis outputs for your internal sales management purposes.
Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights in your transcripts and business data. Technomancy Labs claims no rights to your content.
Feedback
If you provide feedback about Deal Revenant, you grant Technomancy Labs a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties
DEAL REVENANT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TECHNOMANCY LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. PULSE SCORES AND VERDICTS ARE ANALYTICAL GUIDANCE, NOT PREDICTIONS OR GUARANTEES OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNOMANCY LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF DEAL REVENANT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Aggregate Liability Cap
Technomancy Labs' total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Deal Revenant shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Essential Basis
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are an essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and Technomancy Labs. The service would not be provided without these limitations.
🔚 8. Termination
Termination by Customer
- Teams App: Cancel through the Microsoft AppSource subscription management portal.
- DRWeb: Cancel through the account settings page or Stripe billing portal.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Termination by Vendor
- Technomancy Labs may terminate your account for cause — including material breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or unlawful use — with written notice.
- Technomancy Labs may discontinue the Deal Revenant service with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your access to the Deal Revenant service will cease.
- Account data held by Technomancy Labs will be retained for 90 days following termination, then permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Content within your Microsoft 365 tenant or stored in your browser (IndexedDB) remains under your control and is unaffected by subscription termination.
Survival
Sections 5 (Data Handling), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
⚖️ 9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Deal Revenant shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New York, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at peter.marchetti@technomancylabs.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Technomancy Labs regarding Deal Revenant and supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or your subscription without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including Microsoft infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
