DRWeb is the standalone web app at drweb.technomancylabs.com. No installation required.

Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. No credit card required — you get 3 free analyses on signup.

Upload a transcript

Drop a VTT, SRT, or plain text transcript file into the upload area, or click to browse. The transcript is processed in-flight and never saved to our servers.

Get your PULSE analysis

The analysis streams in real-time — PULSE scores, cast of characters, risks, opportunity signals, and a coaching verdict. Use the chat pane on the right to ask Revenant follow-up questions.

📦 Getting Started — Teams App

The Teams app runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. It reads transcripts directly from Teams meetings and analyzes them using a Copilot Studio agent in your environment.

The Teams app is currently deployed via sideloading. To get the app installed in your tenant, contact us and we'll provide the app package and walk you through setup. AppSource deployment is coming soon.

Contact us for the app package

Email peter.marchetti@technomancylabs.com to request the Teams app package and Copilot Studio agent configuration. We'll walk your Teams admin through the sideload process.

Import the Copilot Studio agents

Import the analysis and coaching agents at copilotstudio.microsoft.com. Publish both agents and enable the Direct Line channel on each. Copy the secret keys.

Configure the app

Your Teams admin enters the Direct Line secrets in the Deal Revenant admin settings tab. This connects the Teams tab to your Copilot Studio agents.

Analyze meetings

Open any Teams meeting with transcription enabled. The Deal Revenant tab appears in the meeting details — analysis runs automatically when you open the tab.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my data stored?
DRWeb: Transcript content passes through our server during analysis but is never saved to disk, database, or logs. Analysis results are stored in your browser only.

Teams: All data stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant. We store only your subscription status and encrypted agent credentials.
What AI model does Deal Revenant use?
Both platforms use Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.6 for analysis. The Teams app accesses it through Copilot Studio in your tenant. DRWeb accesses it through a secure API proxy. See our Technical Documentation for details.
Can I use my own API key with DRWeb?
Yes. DRWeb supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). Go to Account Settings and enter your Anthropic API key. When configured, your transcripts are sent directly to Anthropic's API, bypassing our proxy entirely.
Why do I see a popup when opening the Teams tab?
Deal Revenant needs permission to access your meeting transcripts via Microsoft Graph. The popup authenticates you with Microsoft — your credentials are handled entirely by Microsoft and never shared with Technomancy Labs.
The analysis says "Transcript not available" — what do I do?
Confirm that transcription was enabled before the meeting started. If the meeting just ended, wait a few minutes — Teams can take several minutes to process transcripts. If the issue persists, verify your tenant's transcription policy.
How do I get the Teams app?
The Teams app is currently available via sideloading. Contact us and we'll provide the app package and guide your admin through setup. AppSource deployment is coming soon.
What transcript formats does DRWeb support?
VTT (WebVTT), SRT (SubRip), and plain text. Most conferencing platforms export in at least one of these formats.

⚠ Known Limitations

Analysis quality depends on transcript length and quality. The PULSE framework is optimized for substantive sales conversations. Heavily cropped or machine-garbled transcripts may produce less precise scoring.
Very short meetings may produce limited insights. Meetings under approximately 10 minutes often lack the depth needed to reliably score all PULSE dimensions.
Teams tab may require a popup on first use. Depending on your tenant's Conditional Access policies, an interactive authentication popup may appear the first time you open the tab in a session.
DRWeb transcript size limit. Transcripts over 200 KB are automatically truncated to the last complete speaker segment. Content from the end of very long calls may be excluded.
